Dr. Samuel Chew (1,2,3) Born 10/30/1693 Where Married Where Died 6/16/1743 Where Spouse Mary Galloway Dr. Chew was a Quaker and served as Chief Justice for the Colony of Delaware.  He also famously argued for the appropriateness of responses to armed attacks which drew criticism from fellow Quakers.
