There is some confusion between this Abigail born 1719 and Abigail Monroe daughter of  Joseph "Corporal Joe" Monroe born in 1723 or 1726 who married Joseph Brown in 1744-45(see here).  There is also confusion between Abigail and her sister Lydia who married Joseph Williams in 1740.  For now this is the most likely scenario.
